Rules and regulations for using AGM Bar's Smart Lounge services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the AGM Bar website, connecting to our WiFi, using our QR code ordering system, or interacting with our AI assistant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our digital services.
2. Use of Smart Lounge Services
Orders placed via the QR system are binding. Please ensure you review your order before submission. Alcohol will only be served to individuals of legal drinking age (18+).
Our games (Truth or Dare, Drink Roulette, etc.) are for entertainment purposes only. AGM Bar is not liable for any personal choices made during gameplay.
Our AI is designed to assist with information. While we strive for accuracy, AGM Bar is not responsible for minor inaccuracies provided by the AI regarding availability or historical facts.
3. Reservations & Cancellations
Table reservations made through this website are requests until confirmed by our staff via phone or email.
- We hold reservations for a grace period of 15 minutes past the booked time.
- Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance.
- AGM Bar reserves the right to cancel reservations due to private events or unforeseen circumstances.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use our services to:
- Place fake or fraudulent orders.
- Upload offensive images (e.g., payment receipts).
- Attempt to hack or disrupt our network or AI services.
Violations may result in a ban from our digital services and physical premises.
5. Limitation of Liability
AGM Bar and AGM Techpluse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital services, including temporary downtimes of the QR ordering system or WiFi network.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
AGM Bar reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
